Grades are a general guide to the type of walks we do. If you have any concerns regards your fitness levels please do not hesitate to us or the walk leader in advance.
We walk in various terrains and regions through out the UK and Europe, our walks that are strenuous and challenging can be more difficult should the weather conditions become adverse.
If your unsure about some of our more demanding walks, try some of our easier slow paced walks, this is better than making yourself miserable and exhausted. After a while you could build up your fitness and confidence before reaching for mountain summits.
If you suffer with mobility problems or a specific health problem or are seriously unfit always consult you GP prior to commencing any rigorous activity/exercises. It is your responsibility to inform us or the walk leader before participating in any walks if you suffer with a mobility problem or have a specific health problem knowing that participating could potentially cause you more harm and affect your health and safety and impact on the group activity.
Leaders may refuse to accept participants who in their opinion are inadequately equipped or unfit.
